Welcome to COSPLAY GALLERIA, Hobby Nation’s first cosplay photo shoot meet-up. It doesn’t matter whether you are a pro or an amateur photographer or cosplayer. Join us and experience a magical evening where you get to network and learn tips and tricks from like minded creatives.

Location: Rove Downtown, Mezzanine Floor

Venue Info:
– Parking is available at the hotel on first come first serve basis only.
– Entrance is FREE but Registration is mandatory for those participating either as a cosplayer or photographer. Limited spots available.
– ⁠Also, TGI Friday’s is hosting a Quiz Night at 8 PM for the general public and event attendees.

Cosplay Galleria Guidelines:
– To create a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees of Cosplay Galleria, the general public and photographers, kindly be mindful of other’s personal boundaries.
– Always ask permission before touching a cosplayer or their props.
– Always ask before photographing or recording a cosplayer, and respect their decision if they decline or request specific conditions, such as posing in a certain way etc.
– Photographers must be +18 years of age.
– Cosplayers of all ages are welcome, but anyone below the age of 18 will require a guardian/parent at the event.
– The photo shoot stations are located in DOW 1 & 2 and DOW 5 & 6. All stations are on a first come, first serve basis
– Cosplayers will be on rotation throughout the night
– Photographers have to provide their own equipment for the event, including power strips
– NO drinks or food are allowed in the photo shoot stations.
