Important Info:
1. COSPLAY BRUNCH Payment: After booking the ticket here, you will receive an email confirming your RSVP. Then you will receive a payment link via ROVE Hotels within 2 days via email. If you haven't received the payment link, kindly DM us on Instagram.
2. Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted before December 6th 2024 but not after.
3. Venue: Parking is available at the hotel on a first come first serve basis only. Venue is close to the Dubai Metro.
4. Seating: Seating is on a first come first serve basis and has a limited capacity.
5. To avoid long queues at the restaurant, please opt for online payments instead of paying onsite. Priority will go to the guests that paid online then onsite payments (RSVP ONLY).
6. Walk-ins are welcome but will be on a first come first serve basis.
7. Cosplay: This event is a family-friendly environment therefore costumes need to be tasteful. Provocative cosplays are not allowed. We advise avoiding extravagant or large cosplays, as well as large props, wings, armors, etc. Cosplays should be comfortable enough to sit in, as this is a brunch setting.

Please make sure you complete all the steps until Checkout & Payment, "Confirm the booking" button. You will receive a booking confirmation email to reserve your spot at the Cosplay Brunch. Payments will be made separately and directly from Rove Hotels via email.
